While Connecticut recently changed its Kindergarten age cutoff to September 1, GFNS continues to admit children to each age level based on a December 31 cutoff. (For example, children must be 2 years old by December 31 of the year they enter the Twos program.)
GFNS offers an outstanding Fives program for children with a birthday between September 1 and September 31 that children can attend after completing the Fours program, before starting Kindergarten.

The Green's Farms Nursery School Calendar generally follows the Westport Public School Calendar, with the school year beginning in late August or early September, and ending in mid-June. The specific start times below are subject to change.
